When something keeps you from work — what to do.
We know that sometimes illness or unexpected situations mean you can't make it to work — and that's okay. Your wellbeing comes first.
To help us keep everything running smoothly, please notify your manager as soon as practical to advise of your absence.
Please enter your leave and upload your certificate via the EH Work App.
Required on certificates
- Name and address of the issuing medical practitioner
- Name of the patient (that's you)
- Date the examination took place
- Date the certificate was issued
- Dates you are or were unfit for work / attendance
An in-person, telephone or virtual consultation is required for a certificate to be valid.
