On stage / off stage, and where staff routes go.
On shift
The resort zone begins at the tennis courts — once you enter this area you're on stage. Always acknowledge guests with a warm smile and a friendly 'good morning' or 'good afternoon'. To give guests, colleagues and managers your full attention, all listening devices (including headphones and earbuds) are not to be worn north of the tennis courts. Be present, be approachable and make every interaction count.
Off shift
Please use back of house areas and guest accommodation corridors only to travel to your designated outlet. Be mindful of guests and keep your voices low when passing guest rooms and corridors. Feel free to visit the staff canteen and the coffee machine via the back corridor. Please avoid all other back of house and guest areas unless you have permission.
