Canteen, Graze, Salti & Infinity — when, where, and how.
Staff canteen
Lunch 11:00am – 2:00pm · Dinner 3:00pm – 6:00pm. Meals may either be eaten in the canteen or taken away in your reusable container. Payment is via EFTPOS.
Breakfast
A light breakfast is provided free from the Staff canteen. A fuller breakfast is available in Graze Restaurant for $15 — please pay reception and present your receipt at the restaurant. Reservation not required, subject to guest numbers.
Salti & Infinity
You're welcome to dine in our restaurants for lunch or dinner. Please make a reservation (max 5 people) and present your digital ID to receive the staff discount. Takeaway may be ordered during restaurant hours — wait for your order at the mermaid.
When dining
Always ensure guests are given priority. Avoid drawing attention to yourself or causing distractions to guests or on-duty team members. All resort bars are for the exclusive use of our guests.
